Updates on ID card collection

Dear All, Recall that 200-500 level students were invited on several occasions by the Id Card office, to come forward for their identity card and follow up notices and schedules placed on this platform on 19/02/2021 and 25/03/2021, we observed that some students of these categories are yet to get their identity card. Nevertheless, we have decided to give them another window as in the table below. Pls stick strictly to this arrangement and cooperate with the staff.

• 100 level

Thursdays: 9am to 2.30 pm

Fridays: 4pm - 6pm

Saturdays: 10am - 1pm

• 200 level

Thursday: 3pm - 6pm

• 300 level

Fridays: 9am - 12pm

• 400 & 500 Level

Fridays: 1pm - 4pm

• CDL

Mondays & Tuesdays: 9.30am - 6pm

• Postgraduate & Institute

Wednesdays: 9.30am - 6pm
