Mwaba told Lusaka High Court judge Wilfred Muma that the argument ensued when he grabbed Dr Tembo’s phone while questioning why she was cheating on him with a pastor named Jimmy.
The accused narrated that the deceased tried to get back the phone on which he found pornographic pictures shared through WhatsApp between the physician and Jimmy
