I have a phobia for really lengthy books. Except they are docs. How many pages is it abeg?

Thank you bro. That used to be the case with me too. But now I have tried to find a way around it. You can read any book and enjoy it no matter the length of pages if you take it a chapter per day or you determine how many pages you want to read per day.
TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION, IT IS JUST 162 pages. It has 15 chapters only as well.

@AdeFemi Ok I'm sorry about that. I compare it to other books I have read which have more number of pages and that is why I used the word "just".
