@Ennis the vacancy is exclusive to Nigerians. Any Nigerian who come across this will surely be familiar with the abbreviated even if they don't know the meaning! So if you are asking what they mean, that means the vacancy is not for you as you are not Nigerian.

You could simply say on the post that position is for Nigerians only. @Ennis It's not his fault. Nigerians naturally are downright rude and dishonest. So you see, it's genetic. Just imagine him posting a low life vacancy and then acting as if he's awarding a scholarship.
Simply indicate that this vacancy is meant for Nigerians, but no! That is even aside the fact that it was posted late. Just how do you announce a Vacancy a day to deadline?
